1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Squad X (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Squad X is a sports lineup image creation app that allows users to create and share lineup graphics using templates, photos, and text.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free and Pro Plans

The App offers both free and paid subscription (Pro) plans. The Pro plan provides additional features such as watermark removal and ad-free experience.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

3.3 Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to photos and content you create using the App. The App processes all content locally on your device.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to create content that:

Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
Contains personal information of others without their consent

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its templates, design elements, and code, is the intellectual property of Squad X Studio. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Squad X Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
